How to Use

Add one drop of jojoba oil, rosehip oil, or facial oil to clean skin so the tool can glide smoothly.

Start at the center of the face and glide outward toward the ears. Move from the jawline to the ears, cheeks to the temples, and forehead to the temples. Then glide gently down the sides of the neck toward the collarbone.

Use very light pressure around the lymph-node areas, including under the jaw, behind the ears, along the sides of the neck, and near the collarbone.

Move slowly and avoid dragging the skin. This ritual should feel soft, smooth, and relaxing — never forceful.
