We want every ritual to feel restorative and right for you. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.

Because we’re a small business crafting products in limited batches, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges after 30 days. However, our team is always here to make it right, just reach out to us at hello@forourjourney.com

Your experience means a lot to us, and we’ll do everything we can to ensure your journey feels supported.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@forourjourney.com.
